I like Bayelsa Bursary scheme. This is the only programme I have seen in this platform making life easy for students. The first time Polytechnic is respected and mentioned. What others don’t understand is Polytechnic is technology school, full of practical than theory especially in Science, Engineering, school of environmental etc.
