Frank Anthony Iero, Jr. (born 31 October 1981) is a celebrated musician in the United States. He is a product of the two famous bands, My Chemical Romance and post-hardcore band Leathermouth.

While growing up in New Jersey, Frank Iero was a member of several local bands before pursuing a career in alternative music.

Having been raised by his mother after his parents divorced, she supported his musical skills by letting him use her basement for band practice when his parents split up.

Early Life

Frank Iero was born and raised in Belleville, New Jersey but spent much of his childhood in Kearny.
The breakup between his parents occurred while he was just a few years old. He was born on the 31st of October in 1981.

His mother lent her basement for band rehearsal in order to support her son’s musical career. His parents are Frank Iero Sr. and Linda Iero.

Beginning at the age of eleven, Frank Iero began playing in local bands throughout New Jersey. He was the lead singer of the punk band Pencey Prep for a brief time.

My Chemical Romance, a rock band, was formed in 2001, and he was a co-guitarist. The first album by “My Chemical Romance,” “I Brought You My Bullets,” was released on July 23, 2002. The album was not a big hit with the public.

The ‘My Chemical Romance‘ album, ‘Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge,’ released on June 8th, 2004, garnered positive reviews. “I’m Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena,” “The Ghost of You,” and “Thank You for the Venom” were among the album’s standout tracks.

The Black Parade‘ was the band’s debut studio album, released in 2006. It was a rock opera in format. The album was a huge hit.
